  1. Considering either Thames Valley vs KSS for forensic psych SpR training job. 1. Do either of them have lead employers where you have a 3 year contract with a 1 lead employer while rotating around specialties? Or do you change employer ever year as you rotate? 2. KSS includes both West Kent and East Sussex. When doing on calls, are you running around lots of different A&Es and wards, or is it just covering one or two hospitals at a time from home? Are the on calls worse in West Kent or in East Sussex? Guessing the on calls is from home and driving in? Do you get taxis if you have to drive from home for on-calls and you are tired? 3. Thames valley on calls - how many hospitals do you cover on a given night as a forensic SpR? Thanks
