1. He's just trying to apply the evidence to the nonsensical drug classification system. A war on illicit drug's is not working to protect our youngsters and now appears contradictory when one considers that alcohol and nicotine are more harmful than ecstacy and cannabis. I feel we need a different look at the whole system.
2. I look in every now and then but just don't seem as compelled to argue anymore. Too busy I guess. Don't like the re-vamped site either, put it back to normal WM!
3. Sounds to me Wet-rain that you have been indoctrinated with the sense of impending doom that Crash was trying his damnest to propagate, because you are proposing that we are being led to believe that the economy is recovering when it is not. The economy will be delicate for some time so I doubt we will see a dramatic tax hike or increase to high interest rate in the short term to push us back down. However some rises in tax and interest are inevitable. Don't fight what little good news there is.
4. With the UK now likely to be out of recession along with most of the world, it is unsurprising that the hysterical Crash Gordon has apparently went missing. Perhaps he will re-invent himself in time for another media inspired financial apocolypse! :woohoo:
5. Because he's super rich?
6. It's going to be Elvis all over again! They've already spotted his ghost! Probably near to an institute for vulnerable children where he wanted to act out 'a childhood' for another 30 years. :-X
7. I do concede that it is remotely possible that he has never abused children. OJ Simpson was never convicted of double homicide either though.
8. This is what worries me most. Well caste your worries aside and look at the good things he did then. You seem hung up on just one thing. Just one thing!! It's child abuse, and no amount of platinum records can excuse someone from such crimes!
9. The courts should hire Geller on all paedophile cases then. The 'I only paid the kid off to prevent the stress' excuse is illogical, since he continued to behave in the same manner thus exposing himself to potential hostage-like scenarios. The truth was probably just that he couldn't help himself from being attracted to young boys and thought he was rich enough to do what he pleased. I was a boy like adult Jackson once and I can honestly say that I never held my mates hand like he was seen doing on the Bashir programme. This indicates sexual attraction. Also how long did Jackson's adult phase childhood last? Seemed like an awful long time to me. Basically he built a playground to attract his sexual objects in the same way Hugh Heffner has bulit his. It's really difficult to convict a rich man in America. I hope he's went to the right place whatever the truth is. [smiley=angel.gif] /:evil: Isnt that a hint of abritary conclusion there? I didn't conclude anything.

12. Well Slarti, I like a good wind-up. I reckon there's a good chance this will turn out to be a suicide. We've heard about his huge debts and the only way he could continue his lifestyle was the gruelling 50 gig residency which he probably felt he could not face (no pun intended). This was a man who was said to be addicted to opiate pain medication, probably deficient in effective coping strategies. I totally agree with the sentiments about his music. He was a genius. His famous Billy Jean performance was genuine magic.
13. ta-dah.. BTW.. i miss freud too.. where is he? You'll have to expand upon that for me Slarti, it's over my head.
14. I have a few years worth of BMJs and BJPs still in the plastic they were delivered in. Any suggestions for what I should do with them? They're starting to annoy me at how much room they take up in my study.
