Above was linked to chat with consultant. 5.Delusions & Abnormal thinking. 6.Elicit Passivity experience. 7. Temporal lobe Epilepsy (H/T) 8. Cognative Assessment. 9. Alcohol physical examinatio. 10. Verbal fluency is affected EArly in frontal lobe function T Verbal fluency is affected in a right frontal lobe lesion F (Dominant Frontal Lobe) A tingling sensation before seizure indicates TLE T (SIMS) The paranoid schizoid position causes developmental delay F The paranoid shcizoid position can predisposes to psychiatric disorders T (Manchester course: Locking in in this stage can lead to Psychiatric disorder) Excessive weight loss can be caused by fluoxetine F Weight loss is S/E but not excessive. SSRIs can be given with MAOIs F Can lead to seratonin syndrome. Hope it is useful. Good luck.

  8. ICD-10 retains neurosis in its classification. Sulpride is water soluble. Child like interest and repetitive movement can occur in Frontal lobe. ICD-10 uses operational criteria. Retrocallosal region has been found to be reduced in patients with OCD. Please do not write as on examination as reference as it is the source of confusion regarding these ISQs. Thanks

  10. Paranoid schizoid leads to psychological disorders. basic empathetic response involves using intution. Perseveration of words is a recognised feature of catatonic schizophrenia. Reduplicative paramnesia is seen in lesion of Parietal lobe. Thanks
