citalopram

carbamazepine

if both comes in one question what do you chose?

Citalopram

SSRIs are more notorious to cause Hyponatraemia.

yes i guess that SSRI can cause more hyponatremia than carbamazepine, so me too will go for citalopram

According to SPMM in highlight :Carbamazepine causes more hyponatremia-often higher than other psychotropics. This is related to SIADH.

it is carbamazepine cause it is up to 40 percent in its user but not that high in SSRI .
