olanzapine,

 

 

its one of the prophylactic for mixed picutre, rem:olanzapiine can be used as a mood stabiliser

we have to be more careful when we use lamotrigine as valproate increase lamotrigine levels. the best option is olanzapine as it can be used as mood stabiliser, antimanic.

 

its a safe practice to use two mood stabilsers and one antipsychotic than 3 mood stablisers.
