First experience of CASC Exam...a personal perception

Yes I think u r absolutely right. Practice the skills and knowledge to assess and treat patients in real life is really important . 

I think the thing which helped me pass CASC was that I interviewed the " actors" in a similar ( but speedy )  fashion as I used to do in the wards and kept the whole process as natural as possible .This also helped me keep my nerves in control.
