Cyclospris is lease benfit as augemntation when used with the follwings :

 

ECT

SSRI

MAOI

TCA

Antipsychotic

It was LESST likely to prescribe.  Put TCA (not sur if right) as recall one of them inhibits it

ECT or SSRI

Personally ECT would not be first choice, immunosuppression or otherwise.

Question should have read:

Would you prefer to be sued for negligence or assault?

I answered MAOI

Because it shows the most drug inteaction with other drugs. 

Iknow my answer is wrong but it make sence back then.

Answer is SSRI I think. SSRI (fluvoxamine) reduces the clearance of cyclosporin, hence increases its level. Commonly tested theme on the exam.

The SSRI - cyclosporin interaction is theoretical but clinically insignificant (it's not listed as an interaction in the BNF). Therefore, whilst this is a very bad question, if faced with a depressed patient on ciclosporin the LAST prescriptive treament I would offer would be ECT.
