Anybody have an answer for this please

what illness most UNLIKELY in 3rd trimester of pregnancy - major depression, psychosis, adjustment disorder, anxiety?

This question was in the December 2015 paper (suicide was also another answer). From memory the question was worded thus:

"The third trimester of pregnancy is a PROTECTIVE FACTOR for...."

Mood and anxiety related disorders can be precipitated/exacerbated by pregnancy therefore depression, adjustment disorder and anxiety are unlikely to be correct.

I nearly put suicide but I think the best answer is psychosis which is common post-partum in those with a diagnosis but uncommon during pregnancy itself.
