Hi nri, I ve been to Ridgelea Hospital in Spring this year. The hospital looked like an old asylum and I understand they have a low secure unit and also a drugs and rehabilitation unit. I got a case of fronto temporal dementia and the patient was uncooperative ( as he was utterly mad). In the last ten minutes I was allowed to speak to the relative.

Speaking to other candidates on that day I could remember a case of Tourette, Alcoholic Dementia, and a few psychotic cases. I would advice you not to neglect the organic conditions. And apparently Tourettes is a regular exam case. Hope this is helpful. Good Luck :)
