I think lobar is 

MMSE, parietal, temporal and one test from Frontal 

to confirm Vascular dementia one needs MMSE

Learning disability with change of behavior ( has epilepsy and bruises)

 I am also confused with the lobar cognitive examination. I did orientation, memory and concentration and then proceeded to parietal lobe testing given that the man had anosognosia (did not believe he had one eye blindness).
