In lithium clearance question the another option was lisinopril which increases lithium Concn.the right answer is theophylline which increases lithium clearance 

Second messenger in intracellular brain signalling is calcium rather than adenylyl cyclase

Identity Vs role confusion is right

Cannabinoid receptors are metabotropic

Rate limiting in alcohol is alcohol dehydrogenase

What are career opportunities like for psychiatrists in Chennai/Tamil Nadu in general? That's something I'd be interested to know more about... Would be grateful for advice on that... :-)

Chennai -not much of opportunities u can find, mostly people start their own setup, psychiatrists are poorly paid in Chennai.

Anyone have any clue about that basal ganglia question? I can't even remember the options - but it was hard. I have never seen that content before having gone through SPMM 3 times.

Those were from basal ganglia pathway. It was unexpected. 

1.glutamate projections from cortex to which part of basal ganglia 

2.major output nuclei of basal ganglia 

3.reward pathway structure in basal ganglia  which ends in ventral tegmentum
