Hi guys,

Some questions from the previous posts which are still a bit confusing for me.Would really appreciate your input.

1.Old age and Alzheimer’s disease both show neuronal degeneration in layer 2 of the entorhinal cortex.

2.Primacy effect is retained in dementia

3. The difference between the protein in CJD and new variant CJD is a disulphide bond.

4.Social judgement decision-making is spared in lesions of the ventromedial frontal cortex.

5.In delirium, onset of rigidity and cogwheeling is due to nicotinic acid deficiency

6.Pantothenic acid deficiency cause dementia/delirium

7.An inter-ictal EEG in automatisms is of limited value

8.Stimulation of 5HT receptors in ventromedial hypothalamus leads to satiety

9.The anterior thalamus is affected in Huntington's disease.
