I think its waxy flexibility. Mitgehen is an exagerrated continuation of a said action...

Hi peechoo,

I thought in waxy flexibility, there is an initial resistance?

Hi peebee...U do have a point but the question does not mention initial resistance which is ok coz they dont have to mention all diagnostic points but I feel in Mitgehen one strong point is that the arm should always come down after an exagerrated extention. In this question the arm is not coming down. I hate tricky questions :)

there are a few other tricky ones like....

Psychomotor retardation in schizo.....I think its false coz it has psychomotor slowing down and retardation is only seen in depression.

Tricyclics can cause sinus bradycardia...I think its false coz it can cause bradyarrhythmia but not sinus bradycardia...

what do u think peebee

i agree with you Peechoo, very confusing in the TCA one I will go for false myself but the psychoretardation one is still confusing. Everyone i have asked are arguing for both options.
