i had accepted ftsta3 offer in west midlands last week.

wales have offered st3 today

can i reject the ftsta3

Will you not have to reapply next year for ST4?

yes, you can reject FTSTA.

Grab ST3 before it is gone (48 hours!!)

As per the information that i have had from my deanery i.e northern--all in the run through training (ST) posts are GUARANTEED posts at every next step if they get the competencies that are requires-after all that is what RUN THROUGH TRAINING MEANS.

But, we were also told that we may have to face a competitive interview amongst the run through trainees only to choose the speciality we want to go into at st4 level. If there are any new or unfilled st4 jobs, then only other people like FTSTAs or staff garades or others can compete. I hope they keep their pormise.
