When Panic Attacks - an animated short

6 posts in this topic

Hi Everyone,

A couple of months ago I finished a short animated film entitled 'When Panic Attacks'. I'm interested to know what colleagues think of it. If you are interested, you can see it at www.drumbeatoflife.com .

Thanks in advance for any comments. :)

Thanks sure for responding and watching - twice :)

The clip was an experiment in the use of animation for psycho-education. Judging by the lack of comments, I figure the approach may have to be reworked.

You've spelt rhythm wrong on your website. Puts some people off straight away.

It's an interesting animation, but I felt the initial 'casual mood' went on too long, there wasn't enough build up or description of symptoms of panic, and the ending didn't explain what had happened.

Overall, an interesting idea, but I'm not sure it came across as well as it could. Keep modifying it.

God I sound like Simon Cowell.

Dear DS,

It was an intersting clip and liked the music for the panic bit but agree with Chris about the beginning and end.

Good luck with it!
