Job offers

2 posts in this topic

I am just confused about one aspect of selection process after reading the applicant guide. Supposes if I am applying for Psychiatry ST2 in four deaneries. After the interviews, one can expect to get only one job offer based on the preference order. Now if I have indicated that I would be willing to take FTSTA post as well, what happens if I get matched for FTSTA in deanery of my first choice and ST in 2nd or 3rd. Would I be offered just FTSTA because the deanery was higher in ranking? Any ideas?

I think you should put your deanery of choice as first choice.

This should sort out the problem.

Unless you change your mind by the time you get your job.

Just my thought.
