pre-exam sleep problems

Hi

I wonder if anybody has any advice for me.I seem to prepare well for exams but for some reason I become extremely anxious the night before.I dont get a wink of sleep and when I get up in the morning ,i cant think clearly and feel very tired as soon as I sit the exam.

I wonder if any of you have the same problem - and what have you done about it?

sleep the day before, but you need to also change your routine in future, if you can get regular excercise in the evenings,

plus the sleep hygiene stuff you tell your patients,

change bed/mattress/pillow

do not read 30 minutes b4 going to sleep

no caffeine at night

says one nocturnal to another
