For those reduced to psychopathy due to their recent Paper III experience. Blow off some steam.

Ever pulled the legs off a spider?

Ever pulled the legs off a kitten?

Ever trodden on a small child just for fun?

Ever sat the Paper III? You can recommend bizarre and stress relieving activities to all you friends here.

No actual threats towards the Royal College are deemed acceptable.

Veiled references however....

Question from Wednesday's Paper:

You are referred a 3 month old kitteh kat with command hallucinations. A trial of Olanzapine and Stelazine has failed to give any improvement.

Mental state exam:

Dishevelled, Poverty of speech and some thought blocking. Derailed at times, with pronounced affective blunting. No cute eye contact. Never even stuck tongue out. Smells of trout.

Please pick the correct treatment option from the list below.

A. Clozapine

B. Amisulpiride

C. Lithium

D. Lamotrigine

E. Kill the Kitteh, Keel teh Kitteh, Kill the Kitten now!

Make sure you put it in a sealed plastic bag first - otherwise the mess is unbelievable and you can almost never get the smell of WHISKAS© out of the kitchen. :-?

What do the Royal College have to do with it?

Bunch of bureau-katz

They would rather protect their esteemed positions than encourage Research, Enthusiasm, god forbid PASSION for the specialty.

Psychiatry is sinking under New Ways of Working, and the College is a QuaNGO.

They're not going to push me anymore!!!!! I'll push right back.

I'm going to..... I'm going to.............

RETRAIN AS A SOCIAL WORKER - That'll show em. Then I'll have all the power MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :D

I would encourage you to move to the Action Phase, provided that there is nothing known as The Royal College of Social Workers. But be aware that you will still qualify for the role of Clinical Supervisor after 11/08!

Ona matter of curiosity., has the PCL-R ever been validated on psychiatrists?!

The sociable cervixes occupy a very important and vulnerable niche in the social body, and should be respected as such.

They are valuable contributors to our wellbeing and the safety of our children.

Countries without well constructed Sociable Cervixes have huge rates of infant mortality and Maternal depression.

If there's one Cervix that needs to be worked on, however, it's our sociable cervix. It needs a huge investment of time and attention to keep it from becoming just another bottleneck of labour and manpower.

;)

YOUR SOCIABLE CERVIX NEEDS YOU!
