[ch945] 1 Blockade= postural hypotension, anorgasmia, priapism, retrograde ejaculation.

D2 blockade= akathesia, EPSE, Hyperprolactenimea

5HT2A stimulation= agitation, akathesia, appetite loss, anorgasmia, impotence, reduce libido.Hyperthermia

5HT2c stimulation= agitation, hyperthermia, anorgasmia, impotence

5HT2c antagonism= weight gain

5HT1D stimulation= induce obsessions

5HT2A antagonism= reduces akathesia, reduces EPSE, slow wave sleep, anti depressant action

5HT1A stimulation= Reduces OCD, anti depressant action

5HT1A stimulation= Hyperprolactinaemia

Anti histamine= increase appetite, weight gain

5HT3 stimulation= GI discomfort, nausea, vomiting

Anticholinergic= Amnesia, delirium
