Male:Female ratios

Just wanted to clarify male:female ratios for these conditions

Aspergers:Spmm says 4:1 Birmingham says 9:1 Male:female

Tourettes:Spmm 4:1 Birmingham 3:1

Adolescent depression: Birmingham 4:1 female:male

Spmm:'Prepubertal depression prevalence more in males'

Could anyone help me with this plz....thanks

For Asperger, Autism, ADHD (AAA), the male : female ratio is 4:1

i am in the process of collecting loads of those male to female ratios and the incidence rates...would post soon....

but i get the point, the values arent consistent ! every damn course/book gives a difference value !

There is a list of these numbers(which I hate them all) in Trickcyclist, it is called ultimate list, for the purpose of copyright I cant not copy it here because webmaster says he doesnt like it!

Re M:F ratios. This info was on this forum previously , but thanks for reminding. Given the huge discrepancy in various texts can we assume that the figures from Trickcyclists are the ones that the College will accept as the correct answer? :-/

dude , with due respect to other courses , i find spmm course with a bit more substance, as in backing up what they claim with appropriate refrences etc etc

and all these were from the course material

right or wrong, dats what im sticking to

dude my 2.5pence worth suggestion,,,,

try and learn the CAMHS ones if nuthin else........ as it was one of the EMI's and i have a sneaky suspision they r gonna reppeat it this tyme

will do that insane.i think there is a small correction in incidence of suicide.it definitely cant b 10% so checked spmm it says 10% of adolescents who attempt suicide will repeat in a year. :)

SPMM is very right, every fact is based on evidence base whereas

Birmingham, its the worst , so many mistakes
